Tiffany Lutterman Busby, President

Tiffany Lutterman Busby, President

In 2000, Tiffany founded Wildwood Consulting after serving as the Director of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (NEP) and as the manager of the Georgia Coastal Management Program. She saw the need for a specialized firm that could support federal, state and local governments and agencies as they implemented restoration projects.

These efforts often involved multiple agencies, citizens, universities, the private sector and specialists who needed assistance with tracking and coordinating joint projects. One example is the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) program. As collaborative efforts expanded, Tiffany supported the committees, agencies, and stakeholders involved with modeling, development of pollutant load allocations, policy development and implementation through facilitation and conflict resolution assistance. Tiffany continues to support complex decision-making processes and implementation of programs and projects.

Tiffany has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Tiffany is a Past President of the Florida Stormwater Association and their past Chair of Legislative and Governmental Relations. Tiffany is also a Certified Facilitator through the University of Miami.

            Tricia Kyzar, Spatial Analyst/Project Manager

Tricia Kyzar, Spatial Analyst / Project Manager

Prior to joining Wildwood Consulting, Tricia completed her dissertation on assessing the vulnerability of onsite wastewater treatment and disposal systems (OSTDS) to sea level rise and storm surge in low lying coastal communities (St. Augustine), and was the Data Analyst for the Program for Resource Efficient Communities (PREC) on the H20SAV project at UF/IFAS.  Tricia has worked on projects that estimated the nitrogen exports from OSTDS; developed a weighted, multi-criteria vulnerability assessment of OSTDS at risk of failure due to inundation from rising groundwaters, increased flooding and sea level rise; calculated and analyzed the change in land cover and population change across the Southeastern United States; and developed the process and programming to evaluate, transform and load (ETL) multiple, disparate data sets into final spatial descriptive data sets.

Tricia has experience in GIS, spatial statistics, nutrient modeling, and vulnerability assessments. Tricia has focused on the ways in which the built environment impacts water quality.

Tricia has a PhD and Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning and certificates in Spatial Statistics and GIS.  Tricia has previously volunteered for the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, American Planning Association, Florida Chapter, Urban Land Institute, U.S. Green Building Council - Heart of Florida Chapter, and the Orange County Urban Design Commission.
